PharmacyIQ Platform - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to the PharmacyIQ platform ("Platform"), a digital learning and professional development platform for pharmacy professionals. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. User Eligibility 2.1 The Platform is available to authorized users, including employees of Amcal, Discount Drug Stores, PriceSave, and A1 Sigma Wholesale. 2.2 Access is restricted to authorized users only. We will remove access if unauthorized users are identified.
3. User Responsibilities 3.1 Users must keep their login credentials confidential and must not share access with unauthorized individuals. 3.2 Users are responsible for ensuring their compliance with professional and legal requirements when using the Platform. 3.3 Any misuse, including but not limited to sharing of proprietary content or unauthorized access, may result in account suspension or termination.

Platform Content 4.1 The Platform provides educational materials, training modules, and resources related to pharmacy practice and healthcare. 4.2 Content is subject to change without prior notice. 4.3 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for specific purposes.
5. Access and Downtime 5.1 The Platform may be unavailable during scheduled maintenance, including planned upgrades 5.2 The Company is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from Platform unavailability.
6. Intellectual Property 6.1 All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Sigma Healthcare. 6.2 Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
7. Data Privacy 7.1 The Company will collect and process personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 7.2 By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and use of their data for training and analytics purposes.
8. Termination of Access 8.1 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who breaches these Terms. 8.2 Users may request account deactivation by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability 9.1 The Company is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. 9.2 Users acknowledge that training and resources provided do not replace professional judgment or regulatory compliance requirements.
